Getting Started

Best Practice (Here’s what we suggest!):

  1. Complete and submit the Client Information Form
  2. Complete and submit the Financial Information Sheet
  3. Complete and submit the APO Budget Worksheet

For your convenience, your forms can be saved at anytime.
So if you have to run, just click the “SAVE DRAFT” button below and come back any time to finish up!

Additional Tips:

  1. To get started simply click on the ‘My Documents’ tab to the left in the menu.
  2. Once on the ‘My Documents’ page you will see the three documents we need for you to fill out before we can start your financial review. You may fill out the forms in any order you wish. We even built in a convenient ‘Save Draft” feature for if you are running short on time and need to finish your forms later. Just click ‘Save Draft’ and all of your work will be stored in your profile. Once the form is complete, click ‘Submit’ and your form will automatically be sent to our offices. We will even email you a confirmation and a copy of the form for your records.
  3. If at anytime you wish to review, edit, or revisit your forms, all you need to do is click on the ‘Client Portal’ button located at APOFinancial.com or visit http://clients.APOfinancial.com/login to login.
